What Can I Expect From Mind-Body Work?

Mind-body work can be introduced in a structured program or led by a mind-body practitioner. Our Mind Body Program incorporates both, providing a structured program led by multiple practitioners who help guide each individual through a comprehensive selection of tools, techniques, and practices.  Everyone’s mind-body journey is different however, requiring a personalized outlook to experimenting and finding the right supportive tools for each person. Not every tool will resonate with you, so implementing each practice for a trial run to create your own custom toolbox is essential. Some individuals only rely on a couple of practices for both acute stress and long-term trauma recovery, while others may require several techniques to support their root-cause healing.

It provides practical tools for navigating everyday life as your most balanced self, creating foundational wellness for preventing nervous system dysregulation, stress-induced chronic health conditions, and negative feedback loops. Your Mind-Body Work Timeline

Our mind-body program, Wholeness Method, is a 12-week comprehensive curriculum with a year of access to fully experiment and implement each technique and practice. Learning and experimenting with each tool varies, with some being as quick as a few minutes and others a few weeks. The more consistent you are with mind-body work, the more results you’ll experience. We recommend dedicating at least an hour a week during the active program to learn the new tools and at least 10 minutes a day for your personalized mind-body routine. 

Symptom relief can be experienced immediately with some of these tools, while others will require consistent practice over months to experience subtle shifts and benefits over time. The more you put into your mind-body work, the more you’ll get out of it.
