Return, Refund, and Service Policy
We strive to provide the highest level of care and transparency at Empower Functional Health. Because many of our offerings include instant access to intellectual property, digital content, and time-based services, our refund and return policy is structured to reflect these unique considerations.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are considered final once a service has been rendered or a digital product accessed. This includes consultations, sessions, programs, testing services, supplements, and digital downloads (e.g., eBooks, PDF guides).
- Digital Products (eBooks, Programs, Courses): Due to the immediate access to copyrighted and proprietary material, all digital products are non-refundable upon purchase.
- Services Rendered (consultations, 1:1 sessions, programs, test reviews, etc.): Once a service is delivered or accessed, refunds are not available. If services have not been rendered, a refund may be considered within 30 days of purchase, minus a 30% administrative service fee.
- Test Kits & Lab Work:
- Once a sample is submitted to the lab, the test is non-refundable.
- Unused test kits may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Physical Products (e.g., unopened supplements):
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date in original, unopened, and unmarked condition to be eligible for a refund.
- All returns must be pre-authorized by our operations team. Please email support@empowerfunctionalhealth.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Service Expiration Policy
All purchased services—including consultations, sessions, test kits, blood labs, and lab reviews—expire one year from the date of purchase. Unused services beyond this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
