Wellness Package Continuation

The Wellness Package Continuation is a follow-up care plan designed for returning Empower Functional Health clients and patients who want to stay consistent, supported, and guided after their initial work with us. This package includes four 30-minute sessions and a final 1-hour session that incorporates an updated Personalized Health Plan (PHP) Retest.

It’s the ideal next step if you’ve already completed an SBA, CIRS session, or test consultation and want to build momentum and clarity around your wellness goals with structured check-ins and expert support.

Why it matters

Healing requires consistency, reflection, and refinement. This continuation package gives you a space to track progress, ask questions, and update your protocol based on how your body is responding. The included PHP Retest allows us to compare your symptom load and redirect your path when necessary, ensuring you don’t plateau or backtrack.

This package has helped thousands of clients and patients on meat-based and low-carb protocols fine-tune their approach and stay motivated through each phase of healing.

What this includes

• Session 1 (60 min): Deep dive into health history, goals, diet, sleep, and lifestyle, including updated PHP Retest analysis
• Sessions 2–5 (30 min each): Follow-ups to assess progress and adjust goals
• Session 6 (60 min): Integration and refinement of your full plan
• PHP Retest can be used any time. Most clients use it before Session 1 or Session 6.
• Full review of medical history, stress, sleep, food, and symptom progress
• Personalized adjustments to:
  • Dietary strategy and macronutrient goals
  • Supplement protocol (especially gut, hormone, and mineral supports)
  • Hydration and mineral needs
  • Mind-body, sleep, and lifestyle routines
• Ongoing support and goal refinement with written session notes
• Optional guidance for additional testing (additional fees may apply)
• EFH discounts, resource access, and supplement perks
• Optional communication with your medical care team, if needed
  

How it works

• After purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email within 2 business days with next steps.
• You’ll then schedule your first session with your designated Empower Functional Health practitioner.
• The remaining sessions will be scheduled as your care demands to maintain momentum, refine your goals, and support sustainable change.
  

Important notes

• This package is only available to existing clients and patients who have completed one of the following:
  • Personalized Health Plan with a consult
  • Testing with an initial EFH session
• Unused sessions expire 12 months after purchase
• PHP Retest is included and required before the final session
