RealTime Mycotoxin Test

The RealTime Labs Total Mycotoxin Panel is a non-invasive urine test that measures 16 mycotoxins, including 9 macrocyclic trichothecenes. The lab uses a semi-quantitative competitive ELISA method and reports results in a numeric format with interpretive flags (present, not present, equivocal).

Because mycotoxins accumulate in adipose tissue and may not circulate continuously in blood, urine testing provides an effective snapshot of ongoing or recent exposure. A urinary myotoxin test can also help verify detox progress and guide whether binders or other interventions are working.
