- Receive onboarding instructions and complete your Personalized Health Plan forms
- Visit a LabCorp location to complete your blood draw (fasting recommended)
- Once results and assessment are received, your EFH practitioner reviews your case
- You’ll receive your Personalized Health Plan along with a link to schedule your 1-hour session
- After the session, your practitioner will send you sessions notes and action items
