The Patient Case Review is a 1-on-1 session designed to help you make sense of your health story. This review allows you to speak directly with an Empower Functional Health practitioner about your full case.

During this session, you’ll walk through your health history, symptoms, treatments, and any labs you’ve completed. We’ll assess your current situation through a functional and root-cause lens and provide personalized insight to help you move forward with clarity.

Why it matters

Many people feel overwhelmed trying to piece together years of labs, supplements, or half-started protocols. This session provides a dedicated space to share your story, be heard, and receive expert feedback grounded in clinical experience. Our team specializes in complex, chronic, and environmentally driven illness, including those who’ve already seen multiple providers.

You’ll walk away with a written summary and clear, actionable next steps tailored to your unique case.

• 60-minute private session with an EFH functional health practitioner
• Real-time discussion of:
  • Health history
  • Current symptoms and medications
  • Previous treatments and supplement protocols
  • Lab reports you’d like reviewed on the call
• Answers to your personal health and nutrition questions
• Protocol troubleshooting (supplements, food, symptoms, lifestyle, environmental toxins)

How it works

• After purchase, you’ll receive an email within 2 business days with scheduling instructions.
• Your assigned EFH nutritional therapist will review your intake (if applicable) and guide the session based on your questions.
• Following the session, you’ll receive a recap with your notes, recommendations, and any follow-up suggestions.
