The lab used by Empower Functional Health, Trace Elements, Inc., does not wash the hair sample, preserving mineral accuracy. Each test includes a detailed lab report and a personalized write-up from EFH with dietary, supplement, and hydration recommendations tailored to your unique biochemistry.
Why it matters

- After purchase, you’ll receive your HTMA kit by mail via USPS.
- Follow the included instructions to collect ~1 tsp of hair (from the nape or under the scalp).
- Send your sample and completed form to the lab using the provided envelope.
- Once received, results will be reviewed by Empower Functional Health.Â
- You’ll receive a personalized analysis and actionable next steps via email.
- For in-depth case management or interpretation, a separate 1-on-1 session is recommended.
