This package combines personalized analysis, strategic care, prescription access, and community support to guide you through the Shoemaker Protocol, other mold-related treatment pathways, and other chronic illnesses such as Lyme, Mast Cell imbalances, and Long-COVID. 

• A customized Personalized Health Plan (PHP) Retest based on your symptom burden and health history
• Six 1-on-1 sessions with an Empower Functional Health practitioner to monitor progress, troubleshoot barriers, and adapt your plan in real time
• Prescription access (includes two new prescriptions) to support detoxification, inflammation, or MARCoNS treatment
• Three months of access to our CIRS Group, offering ongoing education, connection, and support between sessions

How it works

• A CIRS Discovery Call is required before purchase to ensure fit for this treatment plan
• After purchase, you’ll complete your Personalized Health Plan Retest and receive onboarding instructions
• Your EFH practitioner will review your intake and build your plan
• You’ll receive your Personalized Health Plan Retest along with a link to schedule your 1-hour session
• You’ll begin your six sessions with your EFH practitioner and receive prescription access if needed
• After the session, your practitioner will send you sessions notes and action items
• You’ll gain access to our CIRS Group for additional ongoing support
