To provide a clear foundational path with a comprehensive health history, this package also includes the Personalized Health Plan (PHP) Retest to provide updates to your PHP, nutritional therapy, supplement protocols, and other holistic health supports.

How it works

• Once purchased, you’ll receive a welcome email with intake forms and a link to schedule your first session.
• You’ll be paired with a CIRS functional health practitioner who is an expert in chronic, environmentally triggered illness.
• Sessions are spread out as it makes sense for your care, giving you time to integrate and apply the changes.
• After each session, you’ll receive updated goals, handouts, and actionable items tailored to your progress.

• This service does not include prescription access, unless you are working with us and our contracted licensed prescriber. 
• Sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.
• Additional services such as group support, testing, or therapy referrals may be added but are not included in the base package.
