CIRS Group Support

Depending on the case, we can work with you through the entire CIRS protocol. Learn more here.

A CIRS diagnosis can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. This small-group support program provides direct access to Judy Cho and the Empower Functional Health team to guide you through the Shoemaker protocol and environmental illness protocols. You’ll receive live biweekly Zoom sessions, expert Q&As, and full access to EFH’s private CIRS resource library. Designed to reduce confusion, increase confidence, and help you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

Description

What is the plan

The CIRS Group Support program is designed for individuals navigating a potential or confirmed Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) diagnosis who want to feel informed, encouraged, and guided. This small-group offering gives you direct access to Judy Cho and the Empower Functional Health team to help clarify the protocol, provide accountability, and offer practical, evidence-based next steps as you work toward healing.

Hosted on the Mighty Networks platform, the group includes access to live calls, resource libraries, session recordings, and educational materials. All resources are housed in one safe, private space. It’s an ideal companion for anyone overwhelmed by the Shoemaker protocol or or simply needing community support along the mold illness journey.

Why it matters

When the brain is inflamed and the body is in survival mode, it’s hard to think clearly and implement a complex healing protocol.

This group support reduces isolation and builds confidence as you connect with others facing the same challenges in a safe space. You’ll have a trusted place to ask questions, learn how CIRS (and mold illness) impacts the body, and receive ongoing insights from real CIRS clients and patients and providers who understand what you’re going through.
