CIRS Discovery Call – Treatment Plan

The CIRS Discovery Call – Treatment Plan is a 1-hour consultation designed for individuals navigating mold-related illness, CIRS, or related conditions like Lyme, Long COVID, MCAS, EBV, or SIBO/SIFO. This call is the first step toward being considered for the CIRS Treatment Plan at Empower Functional Health.

The CIRS Treatment Plan at $3,675 includes one Personalized Health Plan, six 1-on-1 sessions, access to 2–3 prescription medications, and three months of access to our CIRS group community.

We’ll carefully review your current symptoms, past test results, and treatment history to determine if our protocol and approach are a strong match for your needs.

Why it matters
The CIRS Treatment Plan is a comprehensive and collaborative process, and not every case may be suited to our model of care. This call allows us to assess whether our team is the right fit to support your healing journey. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and understand how our CIRS protocol works. If aligned, we’ll outline next steps for moving forward.

• Discussion of CIRS protocol basics and care model

How it works
After purchase, you’ll receive intake forms and scheduling instructions within 2 business days. Once forms are submitted, you’ll be matched with an EFH practitioner trained in the Shoemaker Protocol and holistic health care.

• This call is required for those considering the CIRS Treatment Plan, but does not guarantee acceptance into the plan. We must first assess if your case is a good fit for our practice.
• The cost of the Discovery Call is separate from any lab testing, prescriptions, or treatment plan fees.
• The session is held with a qualified EFH practitioner, not Judy Cho, but all practitioners are trained in environmental illness and functional medicine care.
• Group access, additional testing, and supplements are not included in this call but may be recommended afterward.
