The Antidiuretic Hormone (ADH) Electrolyte Panel is a blood test designed for individuals dealing with persistent electrolyte imbalances, especially those following low-carb or Carnivore diets. It helps assess whether hormonal dysregulation, particularly involving ADH and osmolality, may be contributing to mineral losses or fluid balance issues.
This test is also relevant for individuals with suspected or confirmed CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome), where ADH/osmolality dysfunction is a common pattern.
Testing is completed through LabCorp and includes a full Empower Functional Health analysis with dietary, supplement, and lifestyle guidance.
Why it matters
Many people attempt to correct mineral imbalances with salt, potassium, and magnesium, but still experience symptoms like dizziness, low blood pressure, cramping, or excessive urination. You’ll also receive Empower Functional Health:

How it works
- Once you purchase the panel, you’ll receive an email with instructions and a lab requisition form.
- Visit your nearest LabCorp location to complete your blood draw (fasting is recommended unless otherwise advised).
- Results are sent directly to EFH within 3–4 weeks. Once received, results will be reviewed by Empower Functional Health.
- You’ll receive a personalized analysis and actionable next steps via email.
- For in-depth case management or interpretation, a separate 1-on-1 session is recommended.
