The 1-Hour Mind Body Nervous System Support session is a private, therapeutic conversation designed to help you connect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and create space for healing. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness, emotional overwhelm, or nervous system dysregulation, this session offers individualized guidance using somatic-based tools and heart-centered support.

You’ll meet with our lead Mind Body practitioner, who is trained in trauma-informed care and nervous system regulation techniques. Together, you’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and identify mind-body strategies that align with your healing journey.

 

Why it matters

Nervous system dysregulation is a common and often overlooked barrier to healing. When the brain and body stay in a chronic stress response, even the best protocols, diets, or supplements may not fully work.

This session helps you interrupt that stress loop, rewire safety into the body, and build internal capacity for change. It’s especially helpful for those dealing with trauma, CIRS, chronic fatigue, Lyme, autoimmunity, or burnout.
